Muscle bounce-back goodness with Lemongrass

Runners, dancers, and all ye lovers of the physical life, Lemongrass is the bomb diggity when you need muscle relief. It’s hugely revitalizing and has been used to treat tired or tight tissues and tendons. The invigorating oil, with its grassy, sweet character, can help relieve fatigue, and alleviate headaches and indigestion.
Common Uses: Lemongrass oil has been known to tighten the elastin fibres in the epidermis and has traditionally been used as part of a treatment for sports injuries, such as sprains and bruises. Add 5 drops to a teaspoon of carrier oil and massage onto affected areas. Use in a similar way to treat rheumatoid arthritis. Diffuse several drops in your space or rub a drop (with a carrier oil) over the stomach area to help with digestive issues. Lemongrass is also useful as an insect repellent and can be used diffused to keep bugs away. Use only in low dosages on the skin as it may cause irritation.
